The culture and traditions of preparing Uzbek plov are included in UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This cultural significance became the inspiration for creating this unique spirit.
For many years, distillers and technologists sought to convey the distinctive flavor of the national dish in a beverage. Experiments were conducted, balance was refined, and dozens of variations were tested. Only by 2025 did our company’s technologists succeed in bringing this idea to life and achieving the desired result.
Important fact: there are no chemical flavorings for plov in the world. This means that such a flavor can only be achieved in one way – by using real Uzbek plov.

The key element in the production process is aromatic spirits obtained by infusing freshly prepared plov and various spices. The plov is infused in pure spirit mixed with artesian water for a specific period, after which the liquid is distilled in a special apparatus – an alembic. As a result, rich and насыщенные plov distillates are produced.
